What a finished kit looks like

Why welcome kits matter

Moving is stressful. New neighbors often don't know the small things that make daily life easier. When does trash go out? Where can they park? Who do they call if the heat goes out at midnight? A short, friendly welcome kit answers those questions before they have to ask around.

This builder is for landlords, property managers, HOA members, and friendly residents. You fill in your building's details once, then print or share the kit every time someone new moves in. Update it when something changes. Keep a copy on hand.

Private by design

Everything runs in your browser. We don't collect addresses, phone numbers, or anything else. Your kit stays on your device.

Works offline

Once the page loads, you don't need internet to build or print. Save the page locally if you want a permanent copy.

Made for sharing

Print a copy for the move-in box. Email the text to a new tenant. Send the share link to your co-manager for review.

Common questions

Do I need to fill in every section?

No. Skip anything that doesn't apply. The kit only shows sections with content.

Can I use this for a house or single-family rental?

Yes. Just leave out building-specific fields like laundry or package delivery. The local favorites and emergency sections are useful for any home.

What if I make a mistake?

Edit any field and the preview updates. Your kit is saved in your browser, so you can close the tab and come back later.

Can I print in color?

The preview uses a simple, clean layout that prints well in black and white. If your printer supports color, the header accent will print in green.

Is there a limit to how many kits I can make?

No. Build as many as you need. Each building or neighborhood gets its own kit.
